Returns
Due to the nature of metal fabrication, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalised items (including names, dates, sizes, or designs)

Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear

Products with natural variations in colour, texture, or finish, which are inherent to metal and part of the product’s character
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
